Case Amplify now suggests actionable tasks after each conversation is completed. When a conversation wraps up, the system analyzes what was discussed and generates suggested tasks — such as follow-ups, referrals, or action items — so important next steps aren't lost. You can review and add these suggested tasks directly from the completed conversation page.
Users who belong to multiple organizations can now choose which one to sign into by default. A new "Global Preferences" tab in User Settings displays all organizations the user belongs to, regardless of domain. The selected default is applied automatically at login, removing the need to switch organizations manually each session.
CARA can now learn and remember your preferences across conversations. During a chat, CARA may detect preferences about your writing style, response format, or other interaction patterns and save them for future sessions. You can view and manage your stored preferences at any time using the new gear icon in the top right of the CARA chat.
URLs are now rendered as clickable links wherever text content is displayed, including SMS messages (sent and received), case activity notes, and appointment confirmation dialogs. Previously, links appeared as plain text and had to be manually copied and pasted into a browser.
The word chips that previously displayed words from the transcript during live conversation transcripts have been removed. These chips took up space without providing meaningful value and could get in the way of the transcript content.
Completed conversations now display an icon indicating how the conversation was captured — whether it was a live conversation, an uploaded audio file, or an uploaded transcript. This provides additional context when reviewing past conversations on a case.
The notifications panel has been updated with several usability improvements: dismiss individual notifications or clear all at once, notifications display more information about when they were received (e.g. date, time), and you can mark notifications as read/unread.
Fixed an issue where uploading audio or transcript files that failed analysis would leave the user on the upload page with only an error message. The application now navigates to the saved conversation page even when analysis encounters an error, so you can still access and manage the conversation.
Fixed an issue where programs suggested in one conversation would not be re-suggested in future conversations, even if the client was never enrolled. Eligible programs are now correctly suggested each time relevant criteria are met, regardless of whether they were previously suggested.
Fixed an issue where uploaded conversation transcripts or audio files would not appear in the case's conversation list until processing was complete. Uploaded conversations now appear right away and show a processing status while analysis is in progress.
Fixed an issue where uploading the same transcript file to two different cases could cause the conversation data on the first case to be overwritten. Each upload is now treated independently, so conversation data remains intact across cases.
Fixed an issue where users assigned a role with no associated permissions were unable to log into the application. Affected users can now log in successfully.
