🔍 Overview
This release introduces the option to pause conversations,
improves the formatting and displaying of data points, and resolves various
bugs around data points.
🛠️ Improvements
Conversations
·
You can now pause a conversation at any time.
o
If you stay on the page, you can resume the
paused conversation instantly.
o
If you leave the page, you’ll have the option to
resume the conversation, complete it and trigger AI analysis, or delete if it
is no longer needed.
o
Paused conversations remain available until you
choose to complete or delete them.
Data Points
· We added some more improvements to how data
points are formatted and displayed.
o Data points containing text no longer include
unnecessary brackets, curly braces, or other special symbols.
o Complex data points now show each field on a
separate line, using a simple Label: Value structure (e.g., Name: John
Smith)
o Text-based data points with multiple lines now
preserve spacing to make longer responses easier to read.
🪲 Bug Fixes
Data Points
· Fixed an issue where CARA couldn’t update
complex data points due to limited access to their internal fields.
· Resolved intermittent timeouts that occurred
when AI was formatting data points, particularly during bulk case imports.
