This release introduces task reminders and enhanced controls
for Suggested Questions, allowing administrators to define and preserve
questions aligned with preādetermined interview scripts. It also includes
performance improvements and several other bug fixes.

Task Reminders

Added the option to set reminders on
tasks to help keep work on track. Choose how far in advance youād like to be
reminded (days, weeks, or months) and select who should receive the reminder:
yourself, your client, or both. Case workers receive reminders through ināapp
notifications and email, while clients receive reminders via text message.

Conversations - Suggested Questions

Added the ability for admins to define a
conversation question directly on a data point definition. When configured,
this question will appear in the Suggested Questions section during
conversations, replacing AIāgenerated questions for that data point. This gives
administrators greater control over the phrasing and order of questions
presented to users.

Note:
Suggested Questions are displayed in the same order as the data point
definitions in configuration settings. Enable the āReorderā checkbox to drag
and drop data points into the desired sequence.

Once
configured, Suggested Questions will appear in conversations exactly as defined
and in the specified order. Regenerating the list updates suggested questions
as answers are gathered.

Improved the amount of time required to format
complex data point types when AI formatting is requested, resulting in reduced
wait times when creating or editing those data points.

Fixed an issue around the ability to delete system-defined
case states or remove these states from system-defined data point definitions.

Fixed an issue where AI formatting for the
āNameā data point was regularly adding extra brackets and curly braces to the
end of a name if it included a suffix.

Fixed an issue where unchecking the filter
options under Advanced Settings when uploading a document for analysis resulted
in a failed analysis.
