🔍 Overview

This article summarizes the features in the User Settings. User Settings encompasses both per-user preferences and organization-level configuration. Individual users can manage their profile, theme, and appointment settings, while administrators can configure organization-wide settings, roles, AI behavior, and payment configuration through a centralized admin hub.  This article summarizes features available for non Super Admin users.

🛠️ Features

Account Menu

·       
The Account Menu provides quick access to personal settings and session actions. It is accessible from the user avatar in the top-right corner of the application header.

·       
Theme Toggle: A switch to alternate between dark and light mode. The preference is stored in the browser's local storage and is not synced across devices.

·       
Switch Organization: Navigates to the organization selection page, allowing users who belong to multiple tenants to switch between them.

·       
Sign Out: Ends the current session and signs the user out.

·       
The menu also displays the user's avatar, full name, email, tenant name, and a "GUEST ADMIN" badge if the user is a guest administrator.
